Su ámbito de responsabilidad comprende las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud (IPRESS) a nivel nacional destacando nuestro centro altamente especializado el Centro Médico Naval “CMST” y en IPRESS del primer nivel de atención: Hospital de la Base Naval del Callao “PMUM”, Policlínico Naval San Borja, Policlínico Naval de Ancón, Clínica Naval de Iquitos y la Posta Naval de Ventanilla, las cuales en concordancia con las políticas del Alto Mando Naval, han recibido mejoras en su infraestructura para el bienestar del Personal Naval en actividad, retiro y sus familiares derechohabientes, descentralizando los servicios de salud que brinda.
