Kobieta może się zgłosić na nie sama lub po otrzymaniu zaproszenia.\n\nNa badanie należy przynieść poprzednio wykonane zdjęcia mammograficzne w celu porównania.
\n\nKryterium wykluczające\n\nProgramem nie mogą być objęte kobiety, u których wcześniej zdiagnozowano w piersi zmiany nowotworowe o charakterze złośliwym.\n\nBadanie mammograficzne\r\n obejmuje wykonanie dwóch zdjęć każdej piersi oraz opis badania. Wydanie wyniku powinno nastąpić w ciągu 15 dni roboczych od daty wykonania badania.
