I happened to see a person begging at one of the traffic signal at TNagar/Chennai, had one little finger on one hand and no palm on the other.
I have told him about this news and he said that he will not go go for begging if he gets artificial limbs.
Hence I contacted the number +91 8551800885, but in this number outgoing didn’t take place.
Hence I sent 2 whatsapp messages mentioning about this and seeking his contact particulars.
It was vein, Very Unfortunate. If anyone have more details about this treatment kindly share for God sake.
